エンジン性能向上剤 フォアビークル

工場の越後谷です。
先日WAKO'Sのセールスアドバイザーの藤城さんがエンジン性能向上剤FV(フォアビークル)の性能をテスターを使用して見せてくれました。
これがテスターです。
手前の丸いメーターが付いている物がトルクレンチでこれで回転部分に圧をかけていきます。
奥の四角いメーターが回転部分にかかる圧を表示します。
トルクレンチの先が回転部分で、エンジンオイルが下のうけにあり回転すると潤滑するようになっています。
最初はエンジンオイルのみでトルクをかけていきます。
トルクが強くなるにつれて回転部分から聞こえる音が大きくなり、更にトルクをかけていくと回転部分の圧を表すメーターが振り切ってしまいテスターが止まってしまいました。
次に回転を止め、オイルが下がった状態でトルクを弱くしてエンジンを再始動させる際の状況をつくり回転させてみます。
回転できずに始動出来ませんでした。
その際接触していた部分の画像がこれ。
かなり荒く削られています。
接触部分を変えてFVをオイルにまぜて再度回転させていきます。
トルクを強めても回転部分から聞こえてくる音量が小さく、摩擦が軽減されているのが分かりました。
先程テスターのメーターが振り切ってしまったトルクまでもっていきます。
振り切ることなく回転し続けていました。
再始動のテストも同じ条件でテストしました。
先程は回転できませんでしたが、今回は再始動しました。
FVを入れた際の接触部分の画像がこれ。
かなり滑らかで削れている部分が小さいのが分かるかと思います。
毎日乗る方は十分にオイルの潤滑がなされていると思いますが、週末しか乗らない方など、オイルが完全に下がっている状態での始動は摩擦部分にかなりの負担がかかります。
FVはそういったときに摩擦を軽減してくれる為エンジンへの負担が小さくてすみます。
他にも燃費向上や吹けあがりが良くなる等、体感できることがあるそうです。
長くなりましたが、自分もベンベが完成したら入れてみたいと思います！
