工場の越後谷です。
先日、WAKO'S セールスアドバイザーの藤城さんがWAKO'S製のパーツクリーナーと他社のパーツクリーナーとを比較するところを見せてくれました。
WAKO'Sパーツクリーナー３兄弟です。
左からBC-8(中乾)BC-9(速乾)スーパージャンボです。
この３兄弟にはそれぞれ特徴があり、BC-8はBC-9に比べ乾きにくい為頑固な汚れに浸透させて汚れを落とすことが可能です。
BC-9はBC-8やスーパージャンボに比べ乾きやすく、また、プラスチックやゴムを痛めにくい特徴を持っています。
スーパージャンボは結露を嫌うブレーキパーツなどに効果的で、結露しない分作業効率がアップできます。
実験ではブレーキオイルとシャシーブラック(防錆保護塗料)を使用して見せてくれました。
まずブレーキオイルを使用しての実験です。
試験管にブレーキオイルを入れ他社のパーツクリーナーを１：１の割合になるように入れます。
その時の画像がこちらです。
溶解できずに分離しているのが分かるかと思います。
次にWAKO'Sのパーツクリーナーを同じ条件で入れていきます。

分離せずに溶解しています。
次にシャシーブラックを使用しての実験です。
トレイに塗布して少し乾かします。
ある程度乾いたところでパーツクリーナで落としていきます。
すぐに違いが現れました。右がWAKO'S製。左が他社製です。
WAKO'S製は溶かしながら汚れを落としているのに対し、他社製は吹いた部分の汚れしか落とせていません。
「落としている」と言うよりは「退かしている」と藤城さんは言っていました。
他社製品に比べ汚れを溶かしながらなので、途中ウエスで拭き取れば簡単に綺麗にすることも可能です。
３兄弟をうまく使い分ければ少ない量で効率良く汚れを落とせることがわかりました。
